In addition to the construction achievements, another project has garnered notable support from the Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF), facilitated by Member of Parliament Jose Lorena and Suharto Ambolodto through Minister Paisalin P. Tago, CPA. Their contributions have been instrumental in awarding the 2-unit pick-up trucks to the MOTC-BAA of Sulu Airport and Sanga-Sanga Airport. This gesture complements the new vehicle’s operational needs and symbolizes the ongoing collaboration and dedication to advancing transportation infrastructure and services in the region. Their combined efforts reflect a broader commitment to enhancing the physical and logistical aspects of Tawi-Tawi and Sulu development landscape.
As a mark of appreciation and support for the Members of Parliament (MPs) who have played a crucial role in this project, the ceremony also highlighted the presence of MP Eddie M. Alih and all MOTC officials and staff during the program.
The successful operation of Sanga-Sanga Airport and Sulu Airport have been significantly enhanced under the capable management of the MOTC-BAA Manager 1, Kaycy Lynn Paraiso and Sulu Manager-1, Delson Ismael. Their efforts have ensured the smooth execution of airport operations, aligning seamlessly with the objectives of the new staff house expansion and vehicle provision.
