Oplan Hajj is an annual initiative led by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications that aims to provide essential support and assistance to Muslim pilgrims journeying to Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This comprehensive plan involves various agencies, including the Bangsamoro Airport Authority and the Civil Aeronautics Board of the Bangsamoro, ensuring smooth landside operations and passenger travel assistance. The Bangsamoro Land Transportation Office Task Force and the Bangsamoro Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board collaborate to manage ground transportation logistics while, the Bangsamoro Ports Management Authority facilitates efficient departure processes for pilgrims, ensuring a safe and orderly pilgrimage experience.

Central to Oplan Hajj, is the Bangsamoro Pilgrims Authority, which safeguards the welfare of Muslim Filipino pilgrims and ensures a dignified pilgrimage experience. The Ministry of Health also plays a crucial role in implementing health protocols and providing medical support. Services and amenities such as medical kits, nutritious food provisions, and educational materials are tailored to meet the diverse needs of pilgrims, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey.
