MOTC holds its first Flag-raising Ceremony of 2022

The Ministry of Transportation and Communications-BARMM personnel headed by Minister Dickson P. Hermoso held its first flag-raising ceremony for 2022 yesterday , Monday, January 03, 2022. The ceremony was held outside the flag pole at the Ministry’s Office Ground.

Minister Hermoso shared his plans with the ministry’s officials and employees on transforming the office into a more responsive and proactive agency that will develop the competencies of human resources and respond to the needs of stakeholders with agility and responsibility.

In his message, Minister Hermoso rallied the ministry’s personnel to work together as a family and as a team saying that “We as one ministry should work hand-in-hand and make sure to be connected.” He expressed his commitment and dedication in enhancing the growth and development of transport connectivity and communications in the Bangsamoro, he also retold that a good team needs “RESPECT, TRUST and RESPONSIBILITY.”

The ceremony concluded with remarks of MOTC’s Director General Atty. Roslaine L. Macao-Maniri. She has reminded everyone about the upcoming Strategic Planning for Fiscal Year 2022. She said that there should be preliminary activities before the said planning to make sure that everything will go well as planned.
