The Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) Minister Paisalin P. Tago led the groundbreaking ceremony on October 14, 2023, to officially start the construction of the Warehouse at the Port Management Office (PMO) of Jolo Port, Sulu.
Meanwhile, on the same day, the Ministry of Public Works held a Turnover Ceremony of the Improvement of Jolo Port Terminal, Construction of Roro Port Phase 2, Rehabilitation of Jolo Port Northern and Southern Side to the MOTC.
The minister then took the opportunity to visit the Jolo Port Terminal, the Bangsamoro Land Transportation Office (BLTO), and the Bangsamoro Airport Authority (BAA) in the province.
