MOTC fuels convergence through cooperation and collaboration


To holistically understand, create approximate optimal strategies and ensure alignment of the programs and projects (PAPs), the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, led by Minister Paisalin P. Tago, pooled the ministry's human resources by fostering convergence through cooperation and collaboration to get their expertise to evaluate, clarify and modify the direction of the Work and Financial Plans (WFPs), and lead to a more innovative perspective and carefully deliberate matters of efficient and productive outcomes for reaching a common goal at the Almari Beach Resort, Bongao, Province of Tawi-Tawi, March 16- 20, 2023.

The convergence aimed to solidify the bonds of a harmonious working relationship among the ministry's workforce, sectoral heads, officials, divisions, and sections and personnel of the BLTO, BLTFRB, BAA, CABB, BPMA, BMARINA, and BTC, along with its extension and District Offices, to discuss in detail issues and concerns through identifying the Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) as mechanisms to carefully work on parameters vital to effective public funds management and service delivery.
