MOTC delivers relief goods to Paeng-affected Communities in Sultan Kudarat

The Ministry of Transportation and Communications-BARMM aided the Bangsamoro Government's relief efforts by handing over packages of essential goods to Paeng’s victims in Sultan Kudarat (SK), Maguindanao Del Norte today, November 1.

The Ministry's relief efforts have benefited 1000 affected families from 2 Barangays- Inawan and Macaguiling, which were among the hardest Paeng-hit communities in SK.

Minister MP Paisalin P. Tago expressed his profound gratitude and appreciation to all MOTC’s top officials and personnel who volunteered in the preparation and delivery of relief goods.

The MOTC coordinated with BARMM-READI to ensure that relief supplies were delivered on time and within the proper protocol.

This effort is in response to Chief Minister Ahod Balawag Ebrahim's directive that aid be provided to affected residents, and all BARMM ministries are encouraged to assist.

Meanwhile, MOTC is keeping a close eye on various BARMM airports and seaports, which have resumed normal operations following a series of flights that were cancelled due to the typhoon.
