BTC Kicks off CapDev with NTC-IX

ZAMBOANGA CITY │ In pursuit of providing excellent public service, the Bangsamoro Telecommunications Commission (BTC) headed by Commissioner Muhammad Ameen M. Abbas under the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) kicks off its 3-day Capacity Development Training and Workshop on Various Services, Licensing Procedures, and Enforcement Activities Standard Operating Procedures today, March 14, 2023, held at Grand Astoria Hotel, Zamboanga City.

This activity aims to capacitate the BTC employees, provide them with formal training, and enhance their skills in Law Enforcement Deputation and Adjudication, Computations on Regulatory Fees, including penalties and surcharges, and Spectrum Analyzer Techniques.

Engr. Carlo Mario P. Jacobe, the Officer-in-Charge of the Enforcement and Operations Division of NTC-IX, and Mr. Elre V. Galo, CPA, Chief Admin Officer of NTC-IX, are the Resource Speakers who will be imparting their knowledge and expertise as seasoned employees.

As the Commission continuously works for effective and efficient program implementation, this capacity development training and workshop is timely to ensure proper technical assistance will be provided to clientele to contribute to the Commission’s mandate.
