The Bangsamoro Ports Management Authority (BPMA) generously sponsored free iftar meals for employees of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications-BARMM, as well as members of the general public who wished to avail themselves of this initiative on March 14, 2024.
Under the esteemed leadership of Minister Atty. Paisalin P. Tago, this initiative has become a cornerstone of the Ministry’s Ramadan program for the past two years. Each sector within the Ministry takes turns sponsoring iftar meals, contributing to a deeper sense of cultural understanding and solidarity among employees and community.
This sponsorship not only provides practical support during the holy month of Ramadan but also underscores the importance of inclusivity and community cohesion within the workplace.
Furthermore, in addition to the free iftar, the MOTC has lined up various programs and activities to be conducted during the holy month of Ramadan, aligning with the mandate of each office within the ministry.
