Mandate

The Ministry of Transportation and Communications of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao or MOTC-BARMM shall be the primary policy, planning, programming, coordinating, implementing, regulating, and administrative entity of the Executive Branch of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Regional Government in the promotion, development, and regulation of dependable and coordinated networks of transportation and communications systems, as well as fast, safe, efficient and reliable transportation and communications services.

Vision

The MOTC shares the Bangsamoro Government’s Vision of a Bangsamoro that is united, enlightened, self-governing, peaceful, just, morally upright, and progressive and a Bangsamoro Government that has genuine and meaningful autonomy, guided by moral governance.
